Early bird pricing until midnight 31 March, and regular pricing until midnight 20 April when online registration closes. Manual registration available at HMCS QUEEN CHARLOTTE on Friday 12-7pm, and on race day from 7:30am, with $5.00 surcharge on top of the regular price.

AWD (Athletes With Disability) includes push rim wheelchair, blind/visually impaired, mobility impaired. Blind or visually impaired athletes and recreational walkers may register a guide at no cost – send email to Race Director to request.
5K & 10K routes close at 11:30, half-marathon route closes at 11:45, unless special arrangements have been made with race director beforehand.
Special youth (age 12 & under) price: $15 for 5K & 10K as long as online registration is available. ($5.00 surcharge for manual registration on the Friday, and on race day.)

Bus transportation to start line departs HMCS QUEEN CHARLOTTE at 8:20am. Kit bags and backpacks with visible name tags will be collected at Pownal and returned to HMCS QC (no loose clothing please). Washrooms available at Pownal Sports Centre. Water/Gatorade stations at 5K, 10K, 13K, & 16K. Gels at 13K & 16K

Children’s fun run – very short distance (about 100 metres). This event is designated FUN, and every entrant is a winner. Fun run is intended for children age six and under. Advance registration by email is mandatory to ensure there are enough prizes.
